Set within the grounds of Holbeck Ghyll Estate, Holbeck Gardens offers a collection of serviced accommodation, with many rooms enjoying stunning views across the lake. Designed to provide flexibility and independence, our accommodation is offered on a room-only basis, allowing guests to explore the many excellent restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area.

For guests wishing to dine close by, Holbeck Ghyll is located on the same estate, subject to availability. We strongly recommend checking restaurant availability in advance to avoid disappointment, as the restaurant is closed two days per week and may occasionally be reserved for private events.

All rooms operate on a convenient self check-in basis, with key collection codes sent via email prior to arrival. Each room is serviced daily and includes a fridge, microwave, and crockery, all refreshed and replenished as part of housekeeping. Our rooms are also dog-friendly.

Sustainability remains at the heart of the estate. Energy is supplied by a solar farm, water is filtered from our own borehole, and heating is provided through a biomass system using locally sourced wood pellets. Laundry is managed on site in our own commercial facility using environmentally friendly chemicals that work in harmony with our reed beds and in-house treatment plants. To minimise our environmental impact, almost all waste can be processed on site, with the exception of glass, plastic, and oil.
